Enhancement	Service Site & Catalog Enhancement	The home page of the Services site, which also hosts the service catalog, has been modified to use the modern experience (responsive) and the catalog now shows individual services as panels on the page.
Enhancement	Tile Administration Page Enhancements	Enhancements have been done to the tile admin pages to incoroporate a spinning progress indicator when adding, editing and deleting.
Enhancement	Recognition Tile	Steering Committee Request: The recognition image has been made larger in the tile.
Enhancement	Announcements Tile: Removed "Rows" text	Steering Committee Request: Removed the word "rows" from the table paging "Showing 1 to 5 of 12".

Fixed	Tile header links causing error in IE11	A fix has been applied that fixes the tile header links so they work properly in IE, Chrome and Firefox.
Fixed	Relative hyperlinks resolving improperly in calendar event details	A fix has been applied that converts relative hyperlinks in the event description to absolute hyperlinks for events coming from the county public website calendar.

Search	County Forms Icon Added	In search results, county form results will now display a little form icon next to the result to make it easier to locate them.
Search	Best Bets Results Enhanced Styling	In search results, best bets results have been enhanced to make them stand out in the results.
Enhancement	Tile Headers Clickable	Core Team Request: Tile header text has been made into clickable hyperlinks.
Enhancement	Kudos Controls Enhancement	Core Team Request: The carousel control used on the Kudos tile now are invisible until the cursor hovers over the tile. This was done to make reading the Kudos posts easier.
Enhancement	Recognition Tile Enhancement	Core Team Request: The "Employee Recognition" icon has been removed from the tile footer and is now being used as a header in the tile to help make the tile stand out more.
Enhancement	Adding Service to Service Toolbar Enhancement	The form for adding services to the service toolbar has been changed to make it more user friendly.
Fixed	Service Links: Disabled links no longer can be added to the service toolbar.	A fix has been applied that prevents disabled service links from being able to be added to the service toolbar.
Fixed	Dashboard Tiles: Text made uniform color	Applied a change to make the main text darker on all tiles in Connect@Work home page.
Fixed	Rays Message: Viewer page fonts are now consistant.	On the Rays Message viewing page made the fonts consistant with the fonts used on the rest of the site.
Fixed	MyLinks: Unable to delete.	The delete functionality for MyLinks has been fixed.
Fixed	Mega Menu: Unable to add new menu items.	Fix has been applied to allow for adding of new menu items to sections of the mega menu.
Fixed	Managers Toolbox Menu: Removed extra ")" from hyperlinks	Fix has been applied to remove the extra ")" character from the hyperlinks preventing the links from working properly.

September 2017 Sprint

Search	Wellness site search now uses Enterprise Search site	The wellness.charlottecountyfl.gov search is now pointed to use our enterprise search center on Office 365 (https://ccbcc.sharepoint.com/search).
Search	Events Results Icon Added & Formatting	In search results, calendar event results will now display a little calendar icon next to the result to make it easier to locate them. Also, the result itself has been enhanced to make the event information easier to read in the result.
Search	Safety Tips Icon Added	In search results, safety tip results will now display a little safety tip icon next to the result to make it easier to locate them.
Enhancement	Wellness@Work Tile	Minor enhancements have been made to the Wellness@Work tile per the request of the wellness coordinator. Weight tracking has been removed and replaced with the CareHere and W@W icons in the tile footer.
Enhancement	Service Toolbar > Show Only Icon on Smaller Viewports	The service toolbar on smaller viewports (mainly for smartphones) will now only show the designated icon on smaller viewports so the text does not run off the button anymore.
Fixed	Kudos Tile > Slide indicator no longer showing through page footer	A fix has been applied that prevents the slide indicator control on the Kudos tile from showing over the page footer with the service toolbar.
Fixed	Weekly Safety Tip Sort Order Fixed	The sorting has been fixed for the Weekly Safety Tips tile. The tile will now show the newest tip (by Article Date).
Fixed	"Add New Kudos" and "Employee Recognition" Icons Overly Large Size Fixed	Added size restrictions on these two icons so that they do not get overly large on higher resolution monitors. This forces them to stay within a reasonable resolution of the other icons on other tiles.

August 2017 Sprint

New	My Calendar Link	For authenticated users, a link under your profile image titled "My Calendar" will take the employee to their personal calendar in Office 365.
Search	Search Bar Functional	Search bar in Connect@Work is now working and will send entered search keywords to the SharePoint Online search center.
Enhancement	Left Navigation > Home Menu Moved to Top	Core Team Request: The home menu item has been moved to the top of the left navigation to make it easier for users to find.
Enhancement	County Logo Watermark	Core Team Request: The county logo watermark added in the previous sprint has been removed.
Enhancement	Employee of the Month/Year Logo's Updated	Core Team Request: The logos used for the Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year on the Kudos Corner Tile have been updated so they are consistant.
Fixed	Service Toolbar > Adding Buttons Not Working	A fix has been applied to so that adding service buttons to the service toolbar now works as expected.
Fixed	Commissioners' Award Logo	The Commissioners' Award logo has been fixed to match how its spelled in the newsletters and on the awards.

July 2017 Sprint

New	SharePoint Sites Provisioned	Nine new SharePoint sites have been provisioned for migration of content from CharlottesWeb. See the established Office 365 group project site notebook for specifics on the sites.
New	Google Analytics	Registered our SharePoint Online environment (https://ccbcc.sharepoint.com) with Google Analytics. Started wiring the google analytics scripts into the new SharePoint portals.
New	County Logo Watermark	As requested, the county logo has been made the background watermark on the Connect@Work site.
Search	People Search Scope	The people search has been created and enhanced to make finding county employees and information about them easier.
Search	Knowledgebase Search Scope	The knowledgebase search scope has been created to search specificially the county knowledgebase sites and bring back answers to the questions in those sites.
Enhancement	Left Navigation & Mega Menu Button Icons Changed	As requested, changed the left navigation button icon expand/collapse to the left/right chevron and added custom code to swap the icon depending on the state of the left navigation. Changed the Mega Menu button to be the stacked icon instead of the 4 little squares.
Enhancement	Wellness Tile	As requested the random health tip link now mimics how the links work in the Learning & Development tile.
Enhancement	Calendar Tile > Hover Effect	A hover affect has been incorporated to show that a calendar item can be clicked on. Also, hyperlinks embedded in the description of a calendar item has been fixed so it now shows as a hyperlink (blue background, underline on hover)
Enhancement	Calendar Tile > Add to Calendar Functionality	Employees can click the calendar icon next to a particular event to download an .ics file allowing them to add that particular event to their personal calendar.
Enhancement	Calendar Tile > Event Location Added	When you expand an event you will now see the location for that event.
Enhancement	Whats New Content Moved	To clean up the Connect@Work home page and to help make room for the new tiles the What's New content has been moved to its own page.
Fixed	Calendar Tile > Hyperlinks embedded in description now shows as a link	A fix has been applied to address the issue where the styling for hyperlinks that have been embedded in the events descriptions did not provides a visualization that it could be clicked on.
